Website Information
Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse this website or submit a property claim-review request. It applies to this website only.
Information We Collect
The claim-review forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, ZIP code, type and date of damage, claim status, and any message you choose to provide.
The hosting platform may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and server logs.
How We Use Information
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss the property loss, maintain communication, and protect the website from misuse. It is not used to promise coverage or a claim result.
Form Submissions and Service Providers
The site uses Vercel for hosting and Resend to transmit form submissions by email. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service terms and privacy practices. Google Fonts may receive basic connection data when your browser requests the Inter typeface.
Cookies and Analytics
The site uses its own first-party analytics to count, in aggregate, page views, selected link and button clicks, the referring website hostname, general device size, and country, and to tell new visits from returning visits. It sets one first-party cookie, _ra_uid, which holds a random identifier and lasts up to 12 months. The statistics stay with this website's own reporting, are never shared or sold, and are not used for advertising. The Cookie Policy page explains the cookie and how to opt out. The site contains no advertising pixels or on-site account system; the hosting platform and third-party resources may still use essential technical mechanisms or logs needed to provide their services.
Retention
Inquiry information may remain in email and hosting systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer the inquiry, protect the service, and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention practices should be reviewed when a final operator is confirmed.
Security
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards should be used for submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit highly sensitive information that is not needed for an initial claim review.
Your Choices
You may choose not to submit the form. To ask about information previously submitted, use the website contact form and identify the email address or phone number associated with the request.
Policy Updates
This policy may change when the site's data practices, providers, or operator change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
Contact
Privacy questions can be submitted through the contact page. A direct business email, phone number, and address will appear there only after those details are verified.
